RIVOKA Protection Guarantee

Your purchase is protected. We hold your payment in escrow until the item is delivered and verified.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Item not received.
  • Item significantly not as described (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, major damage not disclosed).
  • Item is counterfeit.

Note: Returns for "fit issues" or "change of mind" are at the seller's discretion.

2. The Dispute Process

If you have an issue, you must open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Required 📹

To prevent fraud, we require an unboxing video to process any refund claim unrelated to non-delivery.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to seller error, the seller covers shipping. For other returns, the buyer may be responsible.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the dispute is resolved.
