1. Dispatch Time
Sellers are required to ship items within 3 business days of the order.
Failure to ship within this window may result in automatic cancellation and a full refund to the buyer.
2. Packaging Requirements
All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
Packing Video 📦
Sellers are encouraged to record a packing video to protect themselves against "empty box" claims.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees). Tracking numbers are automatically updated in the app once the courier picks up the package.
4. Missing Packages
If an item is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors. You must report missing packages within 24 hours.
5. International Shipping
Currently, RIVOKA only facilitates shipping within India.
